Northstar: Some of the waiters are more knowledgeable while some are less. Many of them sounds Indonesian. I have a few pics, will be sharing soon.

Clean it like berus gigi style, and if you got the brush with air pump even better. You can get this at camera shop easily.

My company do, but we are like servicing corporate computers, no idea if they do private, prolly not.
It is easy for you to service your computer yourself. Get yourself an old toothbrush and you can do the trick.
