KUCHING Kuching Autistic Association (KAA) aims to raise RM140,000 during its charity and food sale in June for the construction of its educational and vocational training centre.
THe charity sale which will be on June 29th, from 8am to 1pm will be held at Kuching Civic Centre. KAA president Dr Yao Sik Chi told a press conference yesterday: "The total cost for the centre is approximately RM1.5 million and the association has to date raised about RM680,000 for that purpose. The centre will be sited on a land given by the state government at Jalan Desa Wira. Full news in Borneo Post , pg18, May 7th. Kuchingnites are suportive with this type of function, but please give us reasonable quality food. Dont mind pay more for better food. We are now animals.
