well... I was in Abell Road , chang chun kopitiam having laksa yesterday when this old man appeared in front of me... he didn't spoke a word but showed me some sign language when I asked him about the price... so I bought 2 packets of pisang crackers (RM3 pp) from him although it's a bit overpriced. hmmm...

I seen this old man in Dec. He saw him at Pandungan Road

He walk into a bunch of tourists at one of the shop there and a few people buy from him.

Then when I come back to Riverine Resort, I saw him walk past by. (He doesnt live there).

One of my relative told me some people abuse this type of system. One time somebody did a hidden camera news on it.

Also, when I was at the pasat malam, I see alot of these beggers and children sitting on the middle of the walkway and I almost fell down cause I walk into them! (This happen to me in KL).

There are no systems of taking care of these people in Malaysia?

we do have welfare association or society taking care of these people.

but usually it has to do with their income and living.
